Last updated: 26 January 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy outlines prohibited uses of GameForge services. Violation of this policy may result in service suspension or termination.
2. Prohibited Activities
2.1 Illegal Activities
Users may not use the services for:
- Hosting or distributing illegal content
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- Fraud, phishing, or identity theft
- Distribution of malware or viruses
2.2 Network Abuse
Users may not engage in:
- Launching DDoS attacks
- Port scanning or network probing
- Attempting to breach security measures
- Interfering with other users' services
2.3 Resource Abuse
Users may not:
- Consume excessive resources in a way that affects other users
- Run cryptocurrency mining operations
- Use services for unauthorized purposes
3. Content Restrictions
You may not host content that:
- Violates intellectual property rights
- Contains hate speech or promotes violence
- Includes adult content without appropriate safeguards
- Distributes personal information without consent
4. Security Requirements
Users should:
- Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication
- Keep server software updated
- Report security vulnerabilities promptly
- Not share account credentials
5. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- A warning and request for corrective action
- Temporary suspension of services
- Termination for serious or repeated violations
- Legal action for serious violations
We act proportionately and will provide notice of the reason for enforcement where practicable. For non-emergency issues, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to remedy (typically 7 days). For emergencies (e.g., active abuse, security threats, illegal content), we may suspend or disable access immediately.
5.1 Illegal Activity and Fraud
Where services are terminated due to illegal activity, fraud, or circumstances requiring legal/law enforcement intervention (including hardware seizure, court orders, or investigation of criminal offenses), we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate services immediately without prior notice
- Withhold refunds for any unused service period, as permitted by law (you cannot benefit from services used for illegal purposes)
- Recover costs, losses, and damages caused by the violation
- Report the matter to relevant authorities
This does not affect your statutory cooling-off rights under the Terms and Conditions if the illegal activity occurs after the cooling-off period and was not the purpose of the original purchase.
5.2 Refund Security Policy
To prevent fraud and comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all refunds (where applicable) will only be issued to:
- The original payment method used for the transaction, or
- An alternative payment method verified as belonging to the same account holder (requires identity verification)
We cannot issue refunds to third-party payment methods. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith may result in account termination and may be reported to fraud prevention agencies.
Appeals: If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, email [email protected] with your ticket reference. We will review and respond. Refunds follow the Terms and Conditions; statutory consumer rights are not affected except where prohibited by law (e.g., illegal use of services).
